- minor : someone under legal age, which is generally 18, except for certain purposes such as drinking alcoholic beverages.
- manslaughter : the unlawful killing of another person without premeditation or so-called "malice aforethought" (an evil intent prior to the killing).

- moot : unsettled, open to argument or debatable, specifically about a legal question which has not been determined by any decision of any court.
