  • crew: all of the men and women who work backstage during a show. (not characters)

  • director: the captain of the ship, ultimately responsible for all creative and artistic decisions in the production.

  • publicist: managing day to day relations with media as well as the social media accounts of the company.
  • house manager: responsible for the smooth operation of the house (typically both the lobby and audience seating area) during the run of the show.
